Each item is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and another 5-10 business days for shipping (international orders may take longer). You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your size, color, and address before placing your order.

Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@chanellebrooks.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, cancellations may not be possible.

We'll help you connect with our print or shipping partners to track it down. We aren't responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We only collect what's needed to process orders and provide a smooth experience. We do not sell your data, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
