1. Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping. During holidays or sales, processing times may vary slightly.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

Shipping times depend on your location and our fulfillment partner's nearest facility.

  • U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
  • International orders: May take 10-20 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customers, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package seems lost, contact us at support@chanellebrooks.com, and we'll do our best to help remedy the matter.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Once the order ships, we can't reroute it. Any reshipment due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee.

6. International Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or Duties that may apply once the package reaches their country.
