Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly, so cancellations may not always be possible. Please reach out within 12 hours of purchase, and we'll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your size, color, and address before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chanellebrooks.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

5. Final Sale Items

All items are final sale since they are custom printed for each order.

6. Shipping Issues

If a package is lost in transit, we'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or our fulfillment partner. Please note that we're not responsible for incorrect shopping addresses entered at checkout.
